What flips the winner

Volume. Shopify's $39 a month is $0.13 a sale at 300 units and $1.30 at 30 units — drag Monthly units down and watch Shopify fall down the table. Amazon's $39.99 Professional plan behaves the same way.

The TikTok affiliate switch. With affiliate at 10%, TikTok sits near the bottom of most rankings; turn it off and TikTok's bare 6% referral jumps near the top. The switch is the decision, not the headline rate.

Price level. At $10, per-order fees ($0.30–$0.40) and fixed costs dominate and almost every platform loses money on this cost profile; at $100+, percentages dominate and the cheapest percentage wins. The ranking is a function of your price, not a property of the platforms.
